Das RacingLine Alignment Bolt Collar Kit ist ein einfaches „Warum nicht“-Upgrade, um die Probleme zu beseitigen, die durch große Toleranzen in den werkseitigen Hilfsrahmenhalterungen sowohl vorne als auch hinten verursacht werden.
Beim OEM-Hilfsrahmendesign kommen wirklich übergroße Bolzenlöcher zum Einsatz, die eine große Bandbreite an Anpassungen bieten, um die gesamte Hilfsrahmenbaugruppe vor und zurück sowie von einer Seite zur anderen zu verschieben.
Dies mag zwar für Händler und Reparaturwerkstätten ideal sein, um andere Fehlausrichtungen im Fahrgestell einfach zu kaschieren, es bedeutet jedoch auch, dass bei jedem erneuten Einbau Ihrer Hilfsrahmen die Gefahr von Ungenauigkeiten enorm ist, ganz zu schweigen von der Gefahr, dass die Spur des Fahrzeugs mit der Zeit bei schneller Fahrweise aus den Toleranzen gerät.

Die Installation ist unkompliziert und kann in etwa einer Stunde durchgeführt werden.
Wir empfehlen die originalen Hilfsrahmenschrauben durch neue zu ersetzen - als Dehnschrauben sind sie nur zum einmaligen Gebrauch vorgesehen.
Nach dem Einbau muss unbedingt eine vollständige Rad-/Geometrievermessung durch einen Fachmann durchgeführt werden.
