Der Racingline Performance Ölauffangbehälter und das Ölmanagementsystem sind das ultimative Öltrennsystem für Fahrzeuge mit MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T-Motor.
Nicht alle Auffangbehälter sind gleich. Das Racingline Performance-System hat eine Doppelfunktion: Es leitet nicht nur unerwünschte Öl- und Feuchtigkeitsdämpfe durch ein ausgeklügeltes System aus internen Leitblechen und einen vollständig mit Leitblechen versehenen Auffangbehälter, sondern nutzt auch unsere Rennstrecken- und Motorsporterfahrung mit diesen Motoren, um das Problem der Ölansammlung im oberen Teil des Motors während des Bremsens mit hoher Beschleunigung zu beheben. Das Kit enthält unsere Motorentlüftungsplatte – genau wie sie die Tourenwagen Golf und SEAT TCR EA888 verwenden, um das Problem des Ölschwalls zu vermeiden.
Das Racingline Performance Ölmanagementsystem kondensiert diese Dämpfe also nicht nur am Boden des Tanks, sorgt für ein reineres Luft-Kraftstoff-Gemisch und vermeidet das Problem, dass sich Ladeluftkühler und Ansaugrohre langsam mit Öl füllen. Die im Kit enthaltene Motorentlüftungsplatte schützt Ihren Motor auch, indem sie hilft, Ölmangel bei Bremsvorgängen mit sehr hoher G-Kraft zu vermeiden – ein Problem beim Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke, das bei den Tests von Racingline Performance UK zu mehreren Motorausfällen geführt hat.
