Ramair Jetstream Induction Kit (JSK) für den VW Golf MK5 & MK6 GTD 2.0 TDI und andere 2.0 TDI-Ausstattungen.

Dieses Induktionskit ist für VW Golf, Audi A3, VW Scirocco und andere Fahrzeuge mit der VW Golf MK5- und MK6-Plattform konzipiert, die die 1,9- und 2,0-TDI-Turbodieselmotoren verwenden. Dieses Kit ermöglicht einen verbesserten Luftstrom und ein besseres Induktionsgeräusch gegenüber der werkseitigen Luftansauganlage.

Dieses Kit lässt sich an den werkseitigen Standardbefestigungspunkten der Airbox montieren und verfügt über eine Vorbereitung für die Unterdruckleitung, die bei den meisten 2.0 TDI-Airboxen vorhanden ist.

  • Ramair Kegel-Luftfilter
    Ein geformter Polymer-Halskegel-Luftfilter, der unsere Doppelschicht-Schaum- und Edelstahlkäfigkonstruktion verwendet
  • Silikon Ansaugrohr
    4-lagiges Ansaugrohr aus hochwertigem Silikon, das einen glatten Einlass mit 80 mm Durchmesser vom Filter zum MAF-Gehäuse gewährleistet.
  • Hitzeschild mit OEM-Befestigungspunkten
    Der lasergeschnittene, präzise gefaltete und schwarz pulverbeschichtete Hitzeschild ist so konzipiert, dass er direkt an die serienmäßigen OEM-Befestigungspunkte der Luftfilterbox passt, ohne dass Änderungen erforderlich sind. Der Hitzeschild trägt dazu bei, niedrige Ansaugtemperaturen aufrechtzuerhalten, indem er eine physische Barriere zwischen dem Luftfilter und dem Rest des Motorraums bildet und die Luft von der werkseitigen Kaltluftzufuhr um den Filterkegel herum leitet.
  • Komplettes Montageset
    Enthält alle Muttern, Schrauben, Schlauchschellen, Gummis, Vakuumschläuche und hochwertigen Silikonschläuche, die für die Montage des Kits an einem Standardauto erforderlich sind.

Mk5 R32 Turbo. I have had the best experience top quality service I would not think about going anywhere else! From helping me install my ecu over the phone with help on wiring sensors troubleshooting I would have been totally lost not to mention the remote mapping service so I was able to fit it in around work and other things the car runs like a dream pulls hard in all gears and is music to my ears.
