Diese wunderschön gefertigte, leichte Abgasanlage ist perfekt für ein atemberaubendes Sinneserlebnis konzipiert. Sie besteht aus hochwertigem, leichtem Titan und verfügt über ein auffälliges Design mit zwei Paar Endrohren aus Titan und Kohlefaser für eine atemberaubende visuelle Wirkung. Eine speziell entwickelte Abgasklappe – deren Gehäuse in der hauseigenen Gießerei gegossen wurde – reguliert den Klangcharakter und wird mithilfe der selbst entwickelten Control Kit-Elektronik angepasst, sodass der Fahrer mit AMG Dynamic Select den Grad der Sportlichkeit wählen kann. Das System ist ein akustischer Genuss für jedermann, mit Einstellungen vom komfortablen Alltagsmodus mit einem sanften Klang, der die Motortöne des Autos ohne Unbehagen oder Dröhnen verbessert, bis zu einem sportlichen Akustikerlebnis mit tiefen Mittentönen und einem vollen Hochfrequenzklang im oberen Drehzahlbereich, um das Gangwechselerlebnis zu verbessern und beim Schiebebetrieb ein erstaunliches Knacken zu erzeugen. Ein anderes Design, eine andere Bauweise und eine andere Konfiguration als das Seriensystem bedeuten, dass der Auspuff Gewicht spart und die Leistung und das Drehmoment des Motors optimiert. Beides wird über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich gesteigert, mit Steigerungen von 6,4 kW bei 6.400 U/min und 9,1 Nm bei 6.700 U/min, gemessen in aufeinanderfolgenden Läufen auf dem Akrapovič-Prüfstand gegen einen Mercedes-AMG A 45 mit serienmäßigem Serienauspuff. Der Strömungsweg der Abgase bietet Tuningpotenzial , das durch Hinzufügen der optionalen Downpipe (SS) noch weiter verbessert werden kann.
Das System verfügt über eine ECE-Typgenehmigung für Fahrzeuge mit Ottopartikelfilter. Bei Einbau der optionalen Downpipe (SS) verliert die ECE-Typgenehmigung für die Evolution Line-Abgasanlage (Titanium) jedoch ihre Gültigkeit.
Einbauhinweis: Dieses Produkt ist für die Modelle CLA 45 S Shooting Brake geeignet.
