Der Nockenwellenstößel in den 2.0T FSI-Motoren von VW und Audi sitzt auf der Nockenwelle und überträgt die Bewegung auf die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe. Dieses kleine Teil kann eine große Rolle für die Funktionsfähigkeit Ihres Motors spielen, da es als Barriere und Verbindungspunkt zwischen Ihrer Nockenwelle und Ihrer nockengetriebenen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe dient.

Zahlreiche Ursachen führen zu übermäßigem Verschleiß des Nockenwellenstößels: Kraftstoffverdünnung des Öls, schlechte Schmierung aufgrund von Ölvorschriften mit niedrigem ZDDP, unzureichende Oberflächenhärtung der Kontaktfläche des Nockenwellenstößels.

Wenn die Stößel nicht ausgetauscht werden, kommt es häufig vor, dass sie vollständig durchlöchert sind.
Durch regelmäßige Überprüfung und Austausch Ihres Nockenstößels können Sie irreversible Schäden an Ihrer Kraftstoffpumpe oder Nockenwelle verhindern.

Das Kit enthält Folgendes:

  • Nockenstößel der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe ( 06D109309C )
  • T30 Torx-Befestigungsschrauben für Kraftstoffpumpe – 3 Stück ( N10624701 )
  • Dichtungs-O-Ring für Kraftstoffpumpe ( WHT005184 )

Awesome empfiehlt, Ihren Nockenstößel zu überprüfen:

  • alle 5.000 bis 10.000 Meilen bei stark modifizierten Autos
  • alle 20.000 bis 30.000 Meilen bei nicht modifizierten Fahrzeugen

HINWEISE:
Passt nur für: EA113 T-FSI-Motoren.
Dies ist nicht für die TSI- oder EA888-Motoren geeignet.
