Forge Motorsport ist stolz darauf, die neueste Version unseres sehr beliebten Magnetventils für VAG 1.8 TSI-Motoren (US-Codes CPKA und CPRA) und 2.0 TSI-Motoren (Euro-Codes CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB und CJXC) ab 2013 herauszubringen; USA Codes CPLA und CPPA) einschließlich Golf MK7 R. Dieses Ventil ist ein vollständiges atmosphärisches Abblaseventil (dh laut), das sich nahtlos in die OEM-Elektronik integriert und zu keinen Leistungseinbußen führt und absolut KEINE Fehlercodes oder Motorkontrollleuchten aufweist. was man von unserer Konkurrenz nicht behaupten kann!
Wie unsere Option für das vollständige Ersatz-Umlaufventil ist dieses Ventil vollständig darauf ausgelegt, die Fehlerprobleme zu beheben, die bei den OEM-Magnetventilen auftreten, wenn deren Membran reißen kann, was zu einem Ladedruckleck führt. Die später überarbeiteten OEM-Ventile haben einen längeren Hub, aber letztendlich versprödet der Kunststoff und im Extremfall können Teile des Kunststoffs abbrechen. Unser Ventil verwendet eine Voll-Billet-Legierungskonstruktion mit einem kolbenbasierten Innendesign, das eine deutlich verbesserte Zuverlässigkeit gegenüber den OEM-Ventilen sowie eine blitzschnelle Reaktion bietet. Es hat sich auch in Autos mit über 600 PS bewährt!
Dieses neue Ventil hat eine sehr kurze Gesamteinbauhöhe, die den Einbau dieses atmosphärischen Ventils in den engen Raum zwischen dem Turbo und dem Einlassschlauch vom Luftfilter ermöglicht, ältere größere Ventile und Zwischenplatten passen nicht zu diesem Motor.
