Industry Standard Pump

This is the industry standard water methanol injection pump and what most water methanol injection companies are using. Its commonly identified as a 1.0 gallon per minute open flow pump with a 10-11 AMP sticker rating depending on the pumps factory preset pressure bypass setting of either 200-220 psi. Its not well suited for direct port applications due to its limited flow/pressure potential. However still a great choice for many single or dual nozzle applications under the 600 horsepower mark.

• Use 12 gauge wire for power and ground
• 75 liters per hour @ 190 PSI
• 20 gallons per hour @ 190 PSI
• 1260 cubic centimeters @ 190 PSI
• Supports up to 1200-1400 horsepower - 100% water mix 
• Supports up to 700-900 horsepower - 50/50 water methanol mix
• Supports up to 500-600 horsepower - 100% methanol mix

Special Notes:

• Do not use with petroleum products (E85, E98, gasoline, diesel, etc) 
• Does not include pump fittings. Pump fittings are available for sale separately
• Pumps come preset at 200 PSI 
• Expect 4-5 years of service if pump pressure is left at 200 PSI or below
• Running the pump over 250 PSI is not advised and will shorten pumps life
• All tests were performed using a 6AN stainless steel braided hose on the inlet side of pump
• Using 1/4" outside diameter nylon on the inlet side of the pump will reduce pump performance and flow output
• Pump may be mounted vertical or horizontal

To Make A Return:

Step 1. Call customer service at (801) 447-2559 to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA will be emailed to the customer.

Step 2. Mail your item(s) along with your RMA, original receipt and contact info (Name, phone number, email, address, and reason for return) to the address below.

Step 3. Once we receive the item(s) we will contact you by phone and or email letting you know we not only received your returned goods but that they are in acceptable condition for return. At that time we will allow you to determine your choice of refund, exchange or store credit.

• You are the original purchaser and can provide proof of purchase. 
• The items were purchased new from ProMeth or authorized ProMeth dealer.

• Items are unused in original packaging. 
• No returns on used items.
• We are not responsible for loss or damaged goods being returned.

Warranty & Conditions:

ProMeth is a company built on providing high quality water methanol injection products. All ProMeth water methanol injection systems/kits are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. All ProMeth water methanol injection parts/components sold individually are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.

To File A Warranty Claim:

If you believe you have received a defective part or experienced a part failure that should be covered under warranty, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Call customer service at (801) 447-2559 to discuss the problem, possible solutions and if warranty return deemed necessary obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 2. Mail your warrantied part(s) to the address below. Make sure to include the following. RMA# on the outside of the box Dated proof of purchase Name, phone number, email, address, reason for return.

Step 3. ProMeth will notify you by phone and or email letting you know that we have received your warrantied parts and that they were received in acceptable condition for return and warranty evaluation.

Step 4. ProMeth will evaluate the product to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper installation, misapplication or alteration.

Step 5. ProMeth will at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product while notifying the customer of its findings. If any ProMeth product is determined defective, buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good.

• The items were purchased new from ProMeth or authorized ProMeth dealer.
• Warranty must be filed within 3 years from date of purchase for kits/systems and within 90 days for purchase of parts.
• Warranties must be handled directly with ProMeth and not its dealers.
• All warranties must be authorized and receive an RMA# before returning an item.
• RMA# must be displayed on the outside of the package containing the returned part.
• Unauthorized returns or packages that do not have an RMA# displayed on the outside of the package are not accepted and will be returned to customer.
• We are not responsible for loss or damaged goods being returned.
• All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer
• In no event shall ProMeth be liable for incidental or consequential damages
