Product information:

THE- exhaust manifolds are cast from heat-resistant 1.4848 stainless steel. To meet the demand for high-quality exhaust manifolds, the design is made for ease of assembly. They also feature high durability and provide the best possible flow. During development, 3D scanning and 3D measurement were used to lay the foundation for design with CAD and CFD. With the help of bionic design, starting with our manifolds, a large number of optimization loops were performed until the final designs.

Advantages over the OEM part:

  • More throughput through flow-optimized design
  • All 3 cylinders have the same throughput with a tolerance of 1%
  • For comparison: OEMs are manufactured with a tolerance range of up to 5%
  • Although the left and right manifolds are not the same length, our design achieves almost the same throughput
  • During construction, particular attention was paid to ensuring sufficient space for the installation of Porsche GT2 RS turbochargers – these can be installed in the Turbo S in conjunction with our new exhaust manifolds.

Key information:

  • Material: stainless steel 1.4848 (up to 1100 °C)
  • Investment casting for uniform wall thickness and surface quality
  • Turbocharger is in the OEM position
  • Connection for additional exhaust gas temperature sensor or back pressure measurement is possible for both manifolds on request
  • Improved response and design for higher performance

Additional information:

  • We recommend using the original Porsche bolts and nuts for installation
  • The high-flow manifolds can be installed with OEM turbochargers or upgrade turbochargers

Mk5 R32 Turbo. I have had the best experience top quality service I would not think about going anywhere else!
