Preliminary Fault Diagnostic Assessment
Do you have any issues with your vehicle that you want us to diagnose? Fault code or worrying warning light appeared on your dashboard?
We use the latest up-to-date diagnostic equipment to ensure our customers’ vehicles are diagnosed quickly and correctly.
Our facility is equipped with the same diagnostics test equipment as the main dealers. We use VW Audi Group ODIS, BMW Mini ISTA and Mercedes Star diagnostics equipment.
The price covers initial diagnosis; from this, a no-obligation estimate of repair costs will be provided. However, if the fault is troublesome and requires additional diagnostics time then we will revert back to you to authorise any additional labour time.
Please fill in the comments box during the checkout process and provide a description of what and where the problem is. The more information you give the better. Eg. Noise, location, gear, speed / stationary, turning L/R or any other information that may assist with the fault diagnosis.
